If the CBD is not water soluble, then does it float to the top or sink to the bottom of a cup of coffee? Is the blender just to scramble the oil into a million little droplets or what? Won’t they all come back together to form larger droplets and eventually bind back into an oil slick if you don’t down the cup fairly quickly? Will it bind with a powdered creamer?
