I love adding either the full spectrum tincture or RSO to my coffee. I simply stir it before drinking to mix around with no problems. I’ve always depended on coffee for energy and focus, especially in the morning but I have a lot of anxiety so the CBD does seem to balance everything out. Hi I've had rsd over 25 years now and in stage 3 I take cbd I'mor nong 6 weeks now and it's helped tons w my depression,sleep,constipation as well as energy. Try TruGen3’s TruEase. These guys have been in the professional nutritional supplement space for years and have a cbd product with no THc in a soft gel with some sort of delivery system that improves absorption. I tried it and was able to run for the first time in years. Only downside is you have to buy from a doctor, but i think if you call them they will set you up with a doc in your area and sell direct to you.
